We offer a return policy that allows you to return any product within 2 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. The product should not have any stains, odors, or signs of being washed or dry cleaned. Please note that refunds will only be provided for products that were received in a damaged condition. Please be aware that sarees priced above Rs. 20,000 and bags priced above Rs. 1,000 are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please place a new order on our website.
